DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for the Court to take judicial notice of two internet articles on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered November 12, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the Court to take judicial notice of two internet articles is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
