Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered May 27, 2009, for leave to reargue his prior motion to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and for assignment of new counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
