Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Ontario County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on June 30, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to August 25, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 27, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 26, 2015, and inserting in its place the date September 25, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 27, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 10, 2015, and inserting in its place the date October 13, 2015.
