It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and William C. Sullivan, Esq. is hereby relieved of his representation of defendant-respondent relative to this appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall remit to the Onondaga County District Attorney the papers constituting the record on appeal and any and all briefs submitted to this Court, and
