DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents-appellants on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 20, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated November 18, 2014, to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental record, in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 1, 2015, and to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before October 13, 2015, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the memoranda of law filed by the parties in connection with the motion that resulted in the order dated July 20, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file an answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until October 13, 2015, and the respondents-appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
