DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 11, 2015, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2015, as amended June 26, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated February 11, 2015, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before July 30, 2015, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2015, as amended June 26, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "July 30, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "October 1, 2015", and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 1, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that if the appeal is not perfected by October 1, 2015, the stay will be vacated without further notice.
