Appeal by Lisa Sue Groh from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 8, 2015.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order dated July 8, 2015, is a temporary ex parte order of protection, which is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see Family Ct Act § 1112; CPLR 5704).
