| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
By notice of appeal dated November 6, 1989, the defendant appealed from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 13, 1989, in the above-entitled action. By decision and order dated June 1, 1992, this Court determined the appeal, as limited by the defendant's motion filed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.12(c). On August 12, 2015, the defendant filed a second notice of appeal from the judgment rendered October 13, 1989.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the second notice of appeal filed on August 12, 2015, is deemed to be a nullity.
