| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Joan Humsted on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 13, 2014, and October 24, 2014, respectively, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated June 9, 2015, which granted the application of New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Naom Eltan, Michael D. Joseph, and Osmand Quiah to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Naom Eltan, Michael D. Joseph, and Osmand Quiah to strike the record or, in the alternative, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Joan Humsted which is, in effect, to recall and vacate the order on application of this Court dated June 9, 2015, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Joan Humsted is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Naom Eltan, Michael D. Joseph, and Osmand Quiah which is to strike the record or, in the alternative, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Naom Eltan, Michael D. Joseph, and Osmand Quiah which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Naom Eltan, Michael D. Joseph, and Osmand Quiah to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 14, 2015, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
