Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 16, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged, and the respondent's brief is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until September 26, 2015, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
