Motion by Avraham Minkoff for leave to appeal to this Court from stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2015, and, inter alia, to direct the court-appointed forensic evaluator to produce certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
