Application by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated November 5, 2014, which granted his motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on his appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered December 12, 2012, and to deem the motion withdrawn.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 5, 2014, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
