ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated August 28, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 22, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 22, 2013," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 22, 2011."
