| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Nancyanne F. Humes for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 14, 2015, and to stay her obligation to submit, inter alia, a proposed judgment of divorce for settlement, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated August 14, 2015, as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 18, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
