It is Ordered that tenant-appellant's motion is granted on condition that tenant-appellant: 1- perfects her appeal by no later than the December 2015 term - the filing deadline is October 14, 2015, and 2- pays accruing use and occupancy to the landlord in the amount of $881.84 on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. The stay granted by this Court's order dated July 15, 2015 remains in effect. In the event of tenant-
appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
