Motion by the appellants to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2015, as dismissed an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated October 29, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
