Motion by Sophia Kearnan-Kramer for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2015, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order is stayed, and the subject child shall be returned to the care and custody of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or entry of a final order of custody in the above-entitled proceedings.
