Motion by respondent on a purported appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated April 10, 2015, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 17, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the purported appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction (see CPLR 5515) as appellant has failed to file a notice of appeal as directed by the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 17, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied as moot.
