Motion by the fourth third-party defendant-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the fourth third-party defendant-appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 19, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the fourth third-party defendant-appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
