| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to strike the appellants' brief or stated portions thereof on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 9, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated September 11, 2014, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike Point II of the appellants' brief is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 21, 2015, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
