| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Joint motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 3, 2014. Separate motion by the respondent to strike the appellants' joint reply brief on the ground, inter alia, that it improperly raises issues for the first time in reply.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
