Motion by the respondent Karen Malamud to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Karen Malamud to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 21, 2015, and the brief of the respondent Karen Malamud must be served and filed on or before that date.
