| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one dated December 23, 2013, and two entered September 4, 2014, and for leave to file an oversized reply brief of not more than 9,786 words.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief of not more than 9,786 words is enlarged until October 6, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
