ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 14, 2014, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Jiang Yan," and substituting therefor the name "Yan Jiang."
