It is Ordered that tenants-respondents' motion to strike the record on appeal or, alternatively, directing appellant to file a corrected record on appeal is granted only to the extent of deeming the June 17, 2015 notice of appeal, attached to respondents' moving papers as Exhibit B, as part of the record on appeal.

It is further Ordered that respondents' brief is to be served and filed by October 1, 2015. Appellant's reply brief, if any, is to be served and filed by October 9, 2015. This case has been calendared for the November 2015 term of this Court.
