Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 30, 2013, and February 24, 2014, respectively, for leave to submit additional briefing addressing recent case law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief addressing the decision of the Court of Appeals in an action entitled Flushing Savings Bank, FSB v Bitar (25 NY3d 307) on or before October 13, 2015, if it be so advised, and the motion is otherwise denied.
