Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 6, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant's incarceration is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
