Motion by Lundy's Management Corp. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 4, 2015, and, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
