Motion by the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 18, 2015, to vacate a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 3, 2015, and to direct an immediate trial before a different Justice.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
