Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 24, 2014. Application by the respondents Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., and HSBC Bank, U.S.A., N.A., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellants may serve and file a replacement brief on or before October 15, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 16, 2015, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
