| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 21, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until October 8, 2015, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
