On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 26, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 26, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
