Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both entered April 20, 2015, and for leave to file oversized briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file oversized briefs is denied with leave to make an application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.3(e).
