Appeals by Matthew McDaniel and Mark McDaniel from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 3, 2014, and July 15, 2015, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Bruce R. Bekritsky, Esq., dated September 17, 2015, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Sharline L. Gayle McDaniel is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of Sharline L. Gayle McDaniel:

(1) the respondent Sharline L. Gayle McDaniel is interested in responding to the appeals, or

(2) the respondent Sharline L. Gayle McDaniel is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that she has been unable to contact her, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
