Appeal by Alfonso Greaves from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 15, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 15, 2015, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court proof of payment for the transcripts of the proceedings or an affirmation or affidavit setting forth that the transcripts have been received. The appellant has not complied with the decision and order on motion dated July 15, 2015.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 15, 2015.
