An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Allegany County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 15, 2014, and the attorney for the children having moved for an order directing respondent-appellant to correct the record on appeal, and for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joan Merry, Esq., dated August 4, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Keliann M. Argy, Esq., dated August 10, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order directing father to correct the record on appeal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a respondent's brief is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before October 14, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
