| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 30, 2014, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal. Separate motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' motion is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 26, 2015, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
