| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for clarification of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 19, 2015, which imposed a sanction in the sum of $500 upon the appellant's counsel and directed it to pay an attorney's fee in the sum of $4,000 in connection with an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2012, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015, as amended April 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
