Motion by Beekman Estates Realty, LLC, and Maryanna Jeremias for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 27, 2015, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated July 27, 2015, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
