Motion by the respondent for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated February 11, 2014, and July 15, 2014, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until November 9, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
