DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a certain subpoenas duces tecum pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered March 25, 2015, and two entered July 30, 2015, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the order entered March 25, 2015, and the order entered July 30, 2015, under Index No. 604181/14 is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
