DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by NahShon Jackson for leave to appeal to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 14, 2015, and an order of the same court also entered July 14, 2015, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the judgment is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,

ORDERED that the notice of appeal shall be served and filed in accordance with CPLR 5514(a); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied without prejudice to making a motion for that relief after the notice of appeal has been served and filed.
