| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant-respondent Arnold W. Blatt pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 4, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 13, 2015, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file her answering brief to the briefs of the appellants-respondents, including her points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before November 18, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
