| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated September 10, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated July 16, 2015, is amended by (1) deleting from the first sentence of the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court, Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part)," (2) adding to the second sentence of the first paragraph thereof following the words "Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120 " the words "and Judiciary Law § 35," and (3) deleting from the fourth paragraph thereof the word "Family" and substituting therefor the word "Supreme"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
