On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 23, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 6, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition."
