Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 12, 2014, and to enlarge the record to include a certain appellate record or for this Court to take judicial notice of that record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is denied as academic as the respondents' brief was timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
