ORDER ON APPLICATION .

Applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 26, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of E.W. Howell Co., LLC, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 26, 2015, and the brief of E.W. Howell Co., LLC, including the points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of Sandaro Realty, Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 30, 2015, and the brief of Sandaro Realty, Inc., including the points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of Bay Structures, Inc., and the plaintiffs, to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 30, 2015, and the briefs of Bay Structures, Inc., and the plaintiffs, including the points of argument on their respective cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of J & R Brick Masonry, Inc., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 29, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of E.W. Howell Co. LLC, to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 15, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of Sandaro Realty, Inc., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 1, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of Bay Structures, Inc., and the plaintiffs to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until March 16, 2016, and the reply briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
