ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated August 26, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 20, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "September 24, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "September 25, 2015."
