| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 14, 2014, pending determination of certain motions by the Supreme Court, Westchester County, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the respondent New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the respondent New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 29, 2015, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the nonparty-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 29, 2015, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
