| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Donna Fabbricante for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 8, 2015, and to stay enforcement of a temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order to show cause.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the temporary restraining order, is stayed, pending either hearing and determination of the appeal or determination by the Supreme Court, Queens County, of the motion initiated by the order to show cause entered September 8, 2015, whichever occurs first.
